Your Mission

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist (ALM Insights & Dashboards) to join our Asset
& Liability Management (ALM) Team. Your mission is to strengthen how we steer our
ALM positions by delivering high-quality dashboards and automated reporting that
connect balance sheet dynamics with clear, decision-ready insights. You'll combine
solid Finance/Treasury/ALM understanding with strong technical skills to deliver
insights that improve decision-making across our balance sheet and funding activities.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain insightful ALM dashboards in Tableau or Metabase for both

day-to-day monitoring and management-level views. Additionally, support the
team in automating recurring ALM reporting, improving timeliness, consistency,
and clarity of outputs.

• Use SQL (Snowflake), Metabase and, where useful, light Python scripting to

query, clean, and structure data for reporting and analysis.

• Translate ALM needs into actionable insights by defining meaningful metrics

and visualizations (e.g., net positions, liquidity buffers, funding mix, yield/cost
drivers, product-level profitability, key movements over time).

• Ensure dashboards and reports are well-documented, reliable, and easy to use,

with basic data checks, reconciliations and clear metric definitions.

• Collaborate with our Data teams where needed to align on sources, definitions,

and scalable solutions.

Who you are

• You have a solid Treasury/Finance/ALM knowledge and are familiar with

concepts such as balance sheet management, yield calculations and working
capital management.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in Finance/Treasury/ALM, financial analytics,

or a related function in a fast-paced environment.

• You're confident using SQL to work with large datasets; Snowflake experience

is a plus. Python is nice to have (not a must). You have hands-on experience
building dashboards in Tableau and/or Metabase (or similar tools).

• You communicate clearly, take ownership, and can translate business

questions into practical dashboards and reporting improvements.
